Ashley Nicolette Frangipane known as Halsey was born in Edison New Jersey on September 29, 1994. Her parents Nicole and Chris Frangipane had to leave college when they found out Nicole was pregnant with her. Her mom is an emergency medical technician and her dad manages a car dealership.
