One of them spoke up. Tessa broke her silence and opened up about her life as Jack Nicholson’s illegitimate daughter.
In an essay in News Week, the 28-year-old first wrote about her origins and fumed that, unlike other celebrity children, she never capitalized on her father’s fame. Jack only met Tessa from time to time at her mother’s request. “My mom wanted me to have a relationship with him, but he said he wasn’t interested,” said the up-and-coming actress. In one thing, however, she used her star dad to her advantage: “With his financial help, I went to many respected private schools – and was thrown out by them.”
But how exactly is the relationship between Tessa and Jack? Describing meeting him in her essay, she said: “Have you ever been on a date and felt the other person just doesn’t want you? That’s pretty much every date I’ve had with Jack Nicholson, expired.” Finally, she remarked, “I don’t know this person very well, let’s just put it that way.”
