Edward Furlong was born in Glendale, California on August 2, 1977. His mom, Eleanor Torres, worked at a youth center, and his dad was Heinrich Bruno Wittig. Edward’s mom is Mexican, and he says he’s also part Russian.

Sadly, Edward’s dad passed away when he was around three years old. His mom’s sister, Nancy Tafoya, and their half-brother, Sean Furlong, took care of him for a while, especially from 1990 to 1991 when he started acting. They even managed his career at first.

In 2001 he acted in a movie called The Knights of the Quest which not many people saw. He was supposed to play John Connor again in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) but they replaced him with Nick Stahl because they found out he had problems with drugs.

In 2004, he was in a music video for Metallica’s song “The Unnamed Feeling” and played a character named Jimmy in a small independent movie called Jimmy & Judy. When Edward Furlong was 16, he started dating his stand-in and tutor, Jacqueline Domac, who was 26. They moved in together. In 1994, California changed its law to allow the prosecution of adult women who have sex with minors. Edward’s uncle Sean Furlong tried to get Jacqueline prosecuted for rape, but he didn’t succeed.

In May 1999, Jacqueline sued Edward for domestic violence and wanted 15 percent of what he earned in the previous three years, including his pay for acting in movies like “Pecker” and “American History X.” She claimed she deserved this because she worked for him as his manager.
