“Earlier this week I met with @POTUS and he accepted that my time as Labor Secretary will end mid-March” Walsh tweeted.

Walsh stated in a series of tweets that he is grateful for his new position and that he is proud of the work that @USDOL and the rest of the administration have done over the last two years.
Walsh will probably start his work as Executive director of the National Hockey League Players’ Association in mid-March.
