Several sources have referred to Farshad as the founder of Arna Enterprises Inc. owner of Arna Inc., based in Richmond, California. The company was suspended in 2016 after he was found guilty of sexual misconduct.

Her Infamous Incident With Uber Driver – What Are The Consequences?
On 7 March 2021, Arna Kimiai got into an Uber car with two of her friends. In the video, which spread rapidly on the internet, Arna’s two friends are seen wearing face masks, while she herself appears without a mask.
Seeing Uber driver Subhakar Khadka ask her to cover her face, she instead coughs at him, grabs Khadka’s phone and eventually rips off her face mask. The driver then allegedly throws them out of the vehicle. Upon leaving Khadka’s car, the three allegedly sprayed pepper spray into the back of the vehicle.
As a result, Kimiai was charged with assaulting a hired driver, attempted robbery, causing bodily harm and one count of violating local health regulations. Meanwhile, another passenger, Malaysia King, was also charged for this incident.
In addition, both Uber and Lyft banned Arna from using their services following the incident. Meanwhile, Malaysia was later arrested for a separate incident; for using a fake identity card to withdraw funds from a bank account.
She Pleaded Not Guilty
Arna, together with co-defendant Malaysia King, attended the first hearing via ZOOM conference due to COVID-19 restrictions. On that day, Arna was formally charged for her actions. However, she immediately pleaded guilty.
Where Is Arna Kimiai Currently? What About Her Imprisonment?
Months after the notorious incident with the Uber driver, Arna Kimiai allegedly stole her previous neighbour’s identity for fraud. San Francisco oncology nurse Emily filed a report with the South Police Station on April 5, 2022. “I noticed that I was getting Chase requests. There were about 12 of them,” the victim said.
Emily said she got the mobile number from one of the places where Arna had used her identity. And when she traced the person, it came back to Arna Kimiai, whom she said she did not recognise at first. But when Emily memorised the name, she not only recognised Kimiai as the viral person but also as her former neighbour.
Emily further revealed that Kimiai had used her name to buy a penthouse apartment in Miami and to set up an electricity account with Florida Power and Light. Therefore, Emily filed reports in three different locations, namely the SFPD, the Miami Police Department and the US Postal Inspection Service. And eventually, on April 27, 2022, the Miami Police Department arrested her.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the identity theft charges against her. However, her case for the Uber incident is still ongoing and her trial will take place in June 2022.

Her Other Criminal Records
Arna Kimiai is not only involved in these two incidents, but also in other offences. Also in February 2020, Kimiai was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for burglary. Later that year, she was again arrested for unlawful taking of a vehicle.
In the same manner, in February 2019, she was charged with making an unsafe turn and crashing into another woman’s car in Los Angeles. Two years later, in February 2021, the woman filed a civil lawsuit against her.
