Zach Roloff (32) is in the middle of a difficult time! The ‘Little People, Big World’ star is now a father and has three children with his wife Tori. Like the reality star himself, his kids live with achondroplasia, which means they’re short in stature. For this reason, his eldest son Jackson had to have an operation on his legs. But now Zach’s health is struggling as well – he’s about to have an important operation.

Zach’s father, Matt Roloff, took to Instagram to update his son and explain that the 32-year-old is due for a shunt revision. This means that a shunt – a tube connecting vessels or cavities – is repaired. “The family is in constant contact and sharing. We are all praying for Zach as he undergoes a major shunt revision,” Matt wrote, emphasizing, “He is in good hands and Tori is committed to his wellbeing with all his might. Say all your prayers for Zach’s successful recovery.”
Tori had previously reported in her Instagram story. “They say it’s a routine procedure, but it’s far from my routine and Zach and I are nervous,” the mother of three had let her community know. However, she has great confidence in the doctors.
