The British Love Island candidate welcomed her first child into the world a few weeks ago: she and her partner Tommy Fury became parents to a daughter who goes by the name of Bambi. This does not seem to please Kerry Katona (42), who dealt with the couple because of the name. Unlike Peter: The musician is now defending Molly-Mae.
In his OK! column, the 49-year-old wrote that naming a child is a personal choice: “Bambi is a cute little deer after all. I just think why not? It’s her choice.” While Kerry urged the 23-year-old to change her baby’s name, Peter says: “Everyone else can have their opinion, but that’s irrelevant Power to them. If you love the name Bambi is all that matters.”
The new mom has already had to face criticism for her offspring’s room, which is decorated in beige. “Babies crave color for their mental growth,” wrote one user on Reddit. Another snapped, “It’s sad that Molly’s Instagram aesthetic is more important than her child’s development.”
