The former pro fighter revealed the couple suffered a devastating blow when Nikki’s waters ruptured after just 18 weeks pregnant with the twins. “Dear God, it is with a heavy heart that I come to you today asking for your help and guidance for Nikki,” he wrote in an emotional post on Instagram. Alex continued, “Last night we had the most traumatic night – Nikki’s water ruptured and she was bleeding profusely.” The star added that Nikki is still in the hospital due to the ordeal. “Please just pray for my family,” he finally said to his followers.
Nikki and Alex are already parents to a daughter who was born in 2021 after seven years of IVF treatment. They’ve had a difficult road to parenthood but were over the moon when they found out they were expecting twins earlier this year. The blogger told MailOnline: “It’s crazy that a woman who was told, ‘You probably won’t be able to have children’ and struggled with her fertility, is now a mother of three.”
