The sadness is still great! Stephen “tWitch” Boss (40) committed suicide last year, leaving behind a wife and three children. The family of the DJ and entertainer, who was a regular on Ellen DeGeneres ‘ (65) talk show, is still struggling to process Stephen’s death. His longtime wife, Allison, now wants to use his financial resources to give their daughters what they deserve. The widow claims half of Stephen’s estate!

As The Blast reports, Allison has filed a “spousal ownership application.” According to this, it is asked that Stephen’s property be passed on to the “surviving partner or surviving registered civil partner without administration”. Without administration, it points out that “tWitch” did not leave a will. “There are no written agreements between Allison and Stephen that provide for a non-prorated division of the common property,” it said.
