Maria Menounos (44) and Keven Undergaro (55) are bursting with joy! The presenter and her husband are totally in love with each other – but one wish has remained unfulfilled in their relationship so far: the couple has been hoping for years to have a child, so far without success. In early 2021, the two had considered surrogacy and hoped to become parents later that year. But nothing came of it because her surrogate mother was suddenly no longer medically suitable. But now Maria and Keven are finally expecting a child!
“After a decade of trying, we are so grateful to the wonderful family for helping us conceive our baby,” the 44-year-old told People. Accordingly, it should now finally have worked with surrogacy. “Keven, my dad and I are all over the moon to have this soul come into our lives. What a blessing,” the actress rejoiced.
Maria had a brain tumor that was successfully removed in 2017. Pregnancy would have weakened her body too much afterward, which is why she signed up with a surrogacy agency. She had previously attempted to conceive using artificial insemination.
