Several reports have confirmed that Adele’s successful approach to weight loss is due to the Sirtfood diet plan she has been following for years. The plan is based on foods that contain a high concentration of “sirtuin activators”. This helps suppress appetite and also helps the body to process food properly, especially fats and sugars. Instead of drowning herself in work after her divorce from Simon Konecki in 2019, Adele decided to work on her body. She confirmed this with her performance on Drake’s birthday later that year, in October, when she looked like a different person.
