Sara Martins is a Portuguese actress. Although she is of Cape Verdean descent, she is popular in France for her appearances in several film and television productions. Sara is also known for her theatre work.

It’s true, it was a big breakthrough for Sara Martins when BBC One announced sometime in 2011 that she would be starring in the crime drama “Death in Paradise”, co-produced with France Televisions.
