The youngest of four children, Ryan Reynolds, is one of those stars who did not get fame from famous parents.

The Canadian Hunk was born on October 23, 1976, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, as Ryan Rodney Reynolds. He has an Irish descent and was not born in a house of celebrities. His father, James Chester “Jim” Reynolds, was a grocery wholesaler, while his mother, Tammy, was in retail. Two of his older brothers also worked as police officers in British Columbia.
Ryan graduated from Kitsilano Secondary School in Vancouver in 1994 and attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University, also in Vancouver, which he dropped out of. His career as an actor began in 1993 when he got a role at the age of 12 and got his first professional acting job. He was cast in a Canadian teen drama, first called Hillside, and later renamed Fifteen when it was aired in the United States by Nickelodeon. The series ran from 1991 to 1993 and did not give Ryan the attention he was looking for. After the end of the show, he played in several Canadian TV sitcoms and played small parts in TV movies to make ends meet. However, the spotlight did not get the attention he was looking for. So the lack of success forced him to return to Vancouver with the decision to give up acting.

Nevertheless, Ryan met a fellow actor and friend from Vancouver, Chris Martin, who motivated him, and both decided to go to LA to live their American dreams. LA was kind to him when he got some roles, mostly in small film productions like “My Name is Kate” (1994), “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” (1996-2003), and “In Cold Blood” (1996). He also appeared in movies like “Coming Soon”, “Dick” and “Finderlohn” and played a recurring role in 13 episodes of the TV series “The Odyssey”.
In 1998 he was cast in the television series “Two Boys and a Girl” starring Michael “Berg” Bergen. The series continued until 2001 and had 81 episodes. His appearance in “Buying the Cow” (2002) finally caught the attention of Artisan Studios, who offered him the title role in “Van Wilder” that same year.
Ryan’s film career began in 2009 when he played the mercenary Deadpool in the world-class box office hit “X-Men Origins”: Wolverine” starring Hugh Jackman.
Most of the time Ryan worked his way to the top and stayed there. His acting skills have earned him several awards, including – the Next Generation Male Award; the Man of the Year Awards in 2003 and 2017 respectively; the Choice Movie Scary Scene Award; the People’s Choice Award; the Critics’ Choice Movie Award and was named Entertainer of the Year in 2016. He also received the iconic star of the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in 2016.

The actor was with the Canadian singer Alanis Morissette from 2002 to 2007 when they stopped. He started dating Scarlett Johansson and they got engaged in 2008 and married in September 2008, but the marriage only lasted until 2010, although their divorce was finalized in 2011.
His previous experiences with love did not discourage him until 2010 when he found his current wife, Blake Lively while shooting “Green Lantern”. The two of them started dating immediately and the chemistry between them was enough to make her walk down the aisle near Charleston, South Carolina, on September 9, 2012. They have two daughters – James, born in December 2014, and Ines, born in September 2016.

We really didn’t see that coming, but it actually happened that Ryan Reynolds and Andrew Garfield closed their lips at a very public event. The two decided to steal the show when Ryan Gosling walked onto the stage to accept his award for best actor in a film – musical or comedy at the 2017 Golden Globes.
Perhaps Ryan was trying to make the most of his time at the event, as he did not win a Golden Globe for his performance as Deadpool. Most importantly, he was nominated for the same award that Gosling received.
Regardless of his actions both in movies and in real life, Ryan seems to be only interested in the opposite sex. At least we know that he was married to two and dated many others.
