They were good friends! Michael B. Jordan (36) and Chadwick Boseman (43) acted together in front of the camera for the hit film Black Panther. The latter passed away in August 2020 after a multi-year battle with colon cancer and many colleagues were very shocked by the great loss. Michael’s pain is still deep, but the “Creed” actor knows: He was able to learn a lot from Chadwick!

Speaking on the talk show The View, the 36-year-old said: “What Chadwick taught us all is that you have to make the best of every single moment.” Lori Harvey’s (26) ex also explains: “Life is so short – you only have a certain amount of time with the people you love, so you have to appreciate the value of every single second.” Regarding his relationship with Chadwick, Michael is certain that the two had a very special bond.

The “Creed” actor also says that until the very end, he had no idea how bad things were with his colleague. “He kept the secret about his illness for so long and just kept working,” says Michael. For him, there is no doubt: “Chadwick was an inspiration for all the people who surrounded him.”
