Now she revealed her go-to workout, which is only nine minutes long!

In the YouTube clip, Kourtney’s personal trainer, Lindsey Harrod, demonstrates an exercise for a quick and effective workout. Before we get started, Lindsey explains, “I’ll walk you through a nine-minute non-stop bodyweight core workout that you can absolutely do anytime, anywhere, and is guaranteed to get your core going.” Kourtney promoted the video on her “Poosh” website, recommending it for busy days or when you’re away from home.

The workout is designed in such a way that each movement can be performed for 60 seconds and all movements can be realized without weights. Kourtney swears by this quick workout routine because she’s often short on time but still wants to stay fit.
