Can he appeal? Actor Orlando Brown (35) was arrested in December last year for alleged domestic violence against film producer Matthew Sanders. Orlando had lived with Matthew while working on the film “Up the Core” but things are said to have escalated at some point. The 35-year-old lost his role in the strip because of his action. He hasn’t admitted the crime yet. And now he wants a psychiatric report to be declared innocent.
According to its own statements, the American magazine TMZ is said to have received court documents from the case. These state that Orlando can use psychological tests to assess whether he is mentally fit to appear in court. If the said tests show that the former Disney actor is not fit to stand trial there is a possibility that he will be held guilty in this process. Then he could appeal and plead insanity.
Orlando was released from custody last Friday. However, a deposit of around 23400 euros had to be paid for this. However, he must stay at home after his release and is not allowed to move from there for the time being.
