Lady Gaga (36) is still haunted by the kidnapping of her dog. In 2021, her dog sitter was attacked while walking and the attackers kidnapped her four-legged friends. The dog walker had even been shot in the chest. The animals were brought back and the kidnappers were brought to justice. But the drama doesn’t end there: now the attacker’s accomplice is suing Lady Gaga.

TMZ reports that Jennifer McBride has filed a lawsuit against Lady Gaga for refusing to pay the $500,000 finder’s fee. Accordingly, the pop star previously promised to pay a reward to the finder of her dogs without asking any questions. Jennifer brought the animals to the local police two days after the kidnapping. But because she was in a relationship with the father of one of the kidnappers, she was accused of receiving stolen goods and being an accessory to a crime. Now, in addition to the finder’s reward, she is also demanding payment of damages.

19-year-old gunman James Howard Jackson confessed to the crime in court. He had fired four shots into sitter Ryan Fischer’s chest. He and his accomplices left the American shot on the sidewalk after picking up Lady Gaga’s French bulldogs. James was sentenced to 21 years in prison for, among other things, attempted murder.
