Daniel Kyre was born on July 6, 1994, in South Carolina, the U.S.A., the son of an average family. He had a younger sister who grew up together in South Carolina until he decided to move to Los Angeles to continue his entertainment career. He went to high school in his hometown and showed that he was career-oriented from childhood on.

Daniel Kyre was known as a YouTube star before his death. In 2012, together with his childhood friend Ryan Magee, he launched a YouTube channel called Cyndago. This happened after many years of unreleased collaboration. The channel was known for its comic videos. Mark Fischbach (Markiplier), a major YouTube personality, signed them up and worked with them on some of their videos. This helped the channel attract millions of viewers and subscribers in a very short time.

Move To Los Angeles

After moving with his friend to Los Angeles, California in early 2015, they hired a third member to run the channel, Cyndago. His name was Matt Watson and he was responsible for creating and editing content for the channel. By September 2015, they had added 200,000 more subscribers with more views to their channel. Some of the videos they were known for were “The WarfStache Affair” and “We Dye Our Hair”.

Daniel Kyre was not only a YouTube celebrity but also an aspiring songwriter and guitarist. He always released his music frequently on SoundCloud. Daniel also made the music that was used in the videos uploaded to YouTube.

Daniel Kyre Death – How He Died

Unfortunately, just as he was about to end his career as an entertainer, he was found in his room in poor condition on September 16, 2015, after an apparent suicide attempt. Daniel Kyre was taken to hospital and was in intensive care, where the doctor revealed that he had suffered irreversible brain damage. Two days later, on September 18, 2015, he was removed from life support and died.

One day after his death, the announcement was made to the media by his family and the other members of Cyndago. They urged people who had suicidal thoughts or were depressed to seek help. The death of Daniel Kyre provoked several reactions. It caused the YouTube channel to shut down. His various other YouTube personalities expressed their grief and condolences. Markiplier made a video entitled “Lost a Friend” to address the situation and paused for a while from uploading videos on his channel.

After Daniel died and Cyndago ended, Ryan became best friends with Matt (the other member of Cyndago) and continued working with Markiplier.

A year later, Ryan and Matt quit working for Markiplier because it was difficult to separate work and friendship, as Markiplier pointed out in a Facebook post. Ryan now works as an editor together with Matt for the Game Grumps, a web series hosted by Arin Hanson and David Avidan. He is also the editor for Kittykat games, which are affiliated with the Game Grumps. Together with Matt, Ryan launched his own YouTube channel for games called SuperMega with over 400,000 subscribers and over 75 million hits.
