Alex Murdaugh 54 is on trial after being charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two related weapons charges.

Alex has not yet pleaded guilty but he is accused of murdering his son Paul and wife Maggie.

Buster’s younger brother Paul was shot multiple times in the chest and head from close range while Maggie was shot multiple times in the back.

According to the report they were killed on the spot after being shot with 300 Blackout ammunition from an AR-style rifle.

Buster Murdaugh’s Testimony Video Went Viral On Social Media 

Buster 26 took the stand on Tuesday morning to give his testimony. He was dressed in a black blazer and a white button-down shirt during his testimony.

Buster Alex’s son accused of first-degree murder stood up for his father; he became emotional when they discussed the night he saw his brother and mother shot and covered in blood.

Controlling his emotions and attempting not to cry he stated that on the night of June 27, 2021, he was called by his Father who informed him that his mother and brother had been shot.

Buster stated that his Father asked him ‘Are you sitting down?’ before beginning another conversation.

He stated that Alex sounded very concerned during the phone call; he rushed with his girlfriend to his parent’s house and discovered his Father crying alone.

His father couldn’t help but hug him when he arrived at the location; they called emergency services and the case was forwarded for investigation.

During his testimony, Buster was visibly moved as he described the night he rushed to his parent’s house after learning that his mother and brother Paul had been shot.

Alex’s trial will last at least another week. More information is still being uncovered and the investigation is ongoing.
