Seungkwan children – Seungkwan is a singer from South Korea who was born on January 16th, 1998 in Jeju-do. He goes by just one name, Seungkwan.
When Seungkwan was a kid, he joined music festivals that his school put on for kids. One of his teachers recorded his singing and put it on the internet.
After Pledis Entertainment saw Seungkwan’s video, they decided to hire him in June 2012. Seungkwan graduated from Seoul Broadcasting High School in 2016.
Seungkwan career
Seungkwan started his career as a member of a boy band called Seventeen on May 29, 2015. They released their first music collection called “17 Carat.” In 2018, Seungkwan sang a song called “Kind of Love” for a soundtrack. The soundtrack was for a movie called “Mother.”
The song “Kind of Love” is a sad love story and has a gentle acoustic sound. Seungkwan is a member of a subgroup called BSS or BooSeokSoon. The group is made up of three members: Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan.
On March 21st, BSS released their first single called “Just Do It.” Seungkwan got a job on a talk show called “Unexpected Q” in that same year. He won the “Rookie (Music and Talk)” award at the 2018 MBC Entertainment Awards.
In 2019, Seungkwan appeared on two TV shows called “Prison Life of Fools” and “Five Cranky Brothers.” On September 7th, 2020, he released a new song called “Go” as part of the “Record of Youth” album.
On January 29th, 2021, Seungkwan made a song for the Lovestruck in the City TV show soundtrack. The song is called “The Reason.”
Seungkwan got a job acting on a TV show called “Job Dongsan and the Idol Dictation Contest” with Super Junior Eunhyuk and Kang Ho-dong.
Later on, Seungkwan showed up on a new TV show called “Racket Boys” on tvN. Olympic champion Oh Sang-uk, Jang Sung-kyu, and Yang Se-chan were also on the show. They played badminton.
In January 2022, Seungkwan won the “Male Idol Entertainer” award at the Korea First Brand Daesang.
