She made her television debut on HBO’s The Sopranos in 2001 in a recurring role as Caitlin Rucker. Two years later she made her screen debut as Eve Pigeon in Clint Eastwood’s crime thriller drama Mystic River. The film starred Sean Penn and Tim Robbins, both of whom won Oscars for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor.

In 2005 she starred in a Broadway production, Brooklyn Boy as Alison. Prior to that, she recorded other works, including the world premiere of the play in 2004 at the South Coast Repertory and The Little Dog Laughed. Other stage productions in which she has appeared include off-Broadway plays such as Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Youthful Fool (2005), Trust 2010 with Sutton Foster, Zach Braff, and Bobby Cannavale, and Yen 2017.

She has had minor roles in NBC’s crime drama series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2003, the teen mystery drama series Veronica Mars (2005), and in 2007 she appeared on CBS’ CSI: Miami and Numb3rs.
