Some people are simply good at whatever they do, and Mike Golic, the American-born ex-footballer, is no exception. He is a National Football League veteran who has demonstrated his innate skills in defensive tackling for three NFL teams.
After joining the Houston Oilers in 1985, Mike Golic joined the Miami Dolphins (his second NFL team) and then the Philadelphia Eagles, his third and final team before retiring from active football.
His retirement marked the beginning of his illustrious career as a radio and television presenter. He made his television debut with a weekly feature on the Randall Cunningham Show, which was held in Philadelphia. Later, Mike received an Emmy Award from the Mid-Atlantic Region for his show “Golic Got it”.
