We already know that Ben’Comedy is royalty, yes, his parents have both made their mark in the comic scene and even played alongside him in a few movies. His father is Gerald Isaac “Jerry” Stiller is an American comedian and actor. He is best known for his unique angry, screaming acting style.
His mother was Anne Meara Stiller, together with her husband she was one half of the comedy duo that was especially popular in the 1960s and 1970s. They often appeared in television programs such as The Ed Sullivan Show.
They had a fulfilling career until their demise when the variety series gradually disappeared. Her own 1986 TV sitcom, The Stiller and Meara Show, in which Stiller played the deputy mayor of New York City and Meara portrayed his wife, a TV commercial actress, was not much appreciated by the audience.
The couple was married from 1954 until the anniversary of Anne’s death on May 23, 2015. She was born Roman Catholic but converted to Judaism after marrying Jerry. Meara claimed that it was not her marriage that triggered it, but the fact that she was done being Roman Catholic. She was so devout that Jerry actually said that she made him a better Jew.
After her death, no exact cause of death was mentioned, but it is believed that she died after a brief illness. Before Meara’s death in 2015, the duo played in a web series by Red Hour Digital in which they discussed topical issues.
Ben Stiller’s Kids
Ben Stiller’s wife and he have two children together, Ella and Quinn Stiller are following in their parents’ footsteps as they are already speakers. The first is a girl and as you must know, her name is Ella Olivia Stiller and she was born on April 9, 2002. Her brother is Quinlin Dempsey Stiller and he was born on 10 July 2005.
Raised in a family in which showbiz is the family business, the children have certainly been very strained. Last year Stiller’s son Quinn showed that he shares his parents’ sense of humor. At the world premiere of “Zoolander 2”, according to Huffington Post, the then ten-year-old cleverly mastered his father’s legendary Blue Steel look from the film. Not only that, but he also made it with every single shot.
Ella, on the other hand, is in the phase where she doesn’t think her parents are cool anymore, I know right, crazy stuff. Her parents hang out with Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, how much cooler it gets. Taylor still insisted that she and her husband were fine after saying, “We are at the age when our daughter is ashamed of us no matter what we do’.
