At the time, 19-year-old Marissa Rundell, whom Peirez had angered, was traveling on a flight to Syracuse, New York, with her son, Mason. Rundell said she was the last person to get on the plane and soon after she started complaining, saying, “This is b***shit. You have to sit in the back of the plane.”
She started recording Susan after she started making scenes.
In the clip, Peirez also mentions that she works for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Ms. Rundell said she started swearing as soon as she got on the plane, and later started swearing. The young mother then asked her not to do so around her child, but Peirez disagreed. Instead, Susan told her to “shut the f*** up and shut it”.

Peirez then threatened Tabitha, saying that “she may not have a job” and added that she was working for the Governor.
Despite her apology, Susan was taken off the flight. The incident originally occurred on 6 February 2018.
