Nicolle is also the author of the New York Times’ and It’s Classified’s best-selling modern political novel Eighteen Acres. In 2015, her third novel entitled Madam President was published.

She was named Nicolle Devenish after her birth on February 4, 1972, in Orange County, Southern California, United States. She was born as the first child of a third-grade public school teacher (mother) and her husband, who earned his living as an antique dealer. She spent her formative years with three siblings in Orinda, located in northern California. Her family is originally from England, as her grandfather Thomas Devenish was born in England and later immigrated with his family to the United States in 1947. Thomas was the one who founded the antique store that Nicolle’s father runs today.

An examination of her academic background revealed that she received her early education at Miramonte High School, which she graduated from in 1990. After graduating from high school, Nicolle Wallace went on to the University of California at Berkeley, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications in 1994. The aspirations of the budding journalist for higher qualifications at the time led her to the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, where she earned a Master’s degree in 1996. It is important to note that her parents were very supportive of her academic and professional aspirations. No wonder she was so successful in such a short time.

Is She Married, Who Is Her Husband?

Nicolle Wallace is obviously a one-man woman, considering that she has been married to a man since 2005. Her spouse is a legal advisor and former chairman of the board of the non-partisan United Against Nuclear Iran and the Tigris Financial Group in 2014. Mark served under the Bush administration as a U.S. diplomat to the United Nations, appointed by the President.

In an interview with Woman Around Town, Nicolle Wallace announced that Mark had asked the big question on the day George W. Bush’s second tenor was inaugurated. According to her, she was called to the President’s office the next day to show Bush her engagement ring. The story of Mark and Nicolle was featured in the HBO movie Game Change, in which she was portrayed by Sarah Paulson while her husband was played by Ron Livingston.

The couple currently has one child, a son named Liam Wallace, born in 2012, and the Wallace family commutes between Connecticut and New York City. Their marriage has lasted for nearly 14 decades, and since it is still very strong, rumors of separation or divorce have never come close to their relationship.
