Kevin White is the seventh player in the National Football League (NFL) Draft 2015 of the Chicago Bears, in which he plays as a wide receiver. He played college football in West Virginia and was ranked with Amari Cooper as one of the two best wide receivers in the 2015 class. His career has seen more injuries than appearances, yards, receptions, and touchdowns, yet he is more determined than ever to prove his form and make a name for himself in the NFL.

Kevin White Bio

Born on June 25, 1992, as Kevin Romone Jr. White in Plainfield, New Jersey, White began his career as an NFL player with a dream that was too big to be overcome by obstacles. At the age of 10, he moved to Allentown, where he was in junior high school, and then to the tiny borough of Macungie before entering his second year of high school.

He attended Emmaus High School in Pennsylvania. Although he was not really well known in high school, as he spent most of the season on the bench or as a cornerback, he exploded before his senior year. After his senior year in high school, where he attended Lackawanna College for two seasons, he was limited by his grades. The facility is located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and has a strong track record of developing quality Division 1 football players.

After a detour to Lackawanna, he moved to West Virginia in 2013, where he was considered one of the two best wide receivers in the 2015 class alongside Amari Cooper. Kevin White, dynamite in the game, eventually became All American and a finalist for the Fred Biletnikoff Award.

He ended his college career with 144 receptions, 1,954 yards, and 15 touchdowns, having started all games in his senior season. Kevin White was ready to become a star in the Bears after finishing seventh overall in the first round and opening up a world of opportunity for him. But this has not yet been achieved.

Although he had a successful college career, his professional career was hampered by a number of injuries as he spent more time in the injured reserve than on the field. After a shin injury, he missed his entire rookie season, followed by another series of injuries that limited him to 21 receptions and 193 yards in only 5 of 48 NFL games in three seasons.

However, an interesting characteristic of Kevin White is his determination. His coach in Lackawanna, Mark Duda, correctly described him as a Ferrari with a diesel engine that would never stop. White still holds on to the same determination to take him to the fields where he would shine without limits. He is a potentially dynamic playmaker for any team’s offense and will prove his form after overcoming all the obstacles on the way to rehab from his injury phase.

Although the Bears rejected his fifth-year option in May 2018, Weiss is not deterred by the obstacles that injuries have put in his way along his career path. He is more determined than ever to make a comeback and prove his form on the pitch.

Kevin White Girlfriend

The Bears’ wide receiver is with Roxy Gbor, and the duo has been together since before their NFL draft. Roxy, whose real name is Roksana, graduated from the University of Louisville in 2014, is a model and works for 10 Management, a modeling agency in Chicago.

Family, Parents, Siblings

Kevin is the first of six children of her parents, Kevin White Sr. and Tammy White: four boys, Kevin, Kyzir, Kizer, and Ka’Raun, and two girls, including Kiyae, who plays basketball for the Auburn Tigers on a sports scholarship. Her major is communication, with a minor in sports management. As children, the white brothers fought duels with great determination to play in the NFL in everything, including basketball, video games, and cornhole.

His brothers apparently followed their older brother’s steps: from Emmaus to Lackawanna to West Virginia, where they also played soccer. Ka’Raun and Kyzir already play in the leagues, with Ka’Ruan as a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals and Kyzir as an outside linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers. You know that dreams do come true, don’t you? After all, we have three white brothers in the NFL arena.

Despite the injuries that seem to have interrupted their brother’s career, and despite their dreams in the NFL, they still believe in him and are confident that he will come back better and stronger than he ever was.

Kevin White’s Height, Weight

Kevin White may be devastated by his injury beset career but completely undeterred. He has a penchant for outrunning defenders and an ability to stretch the field with his speed, his size, and leaping ability also plays a role in his standout performances. At 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) tall and with a massive body that weighs 215 lbs (98 kg), Kevin is one of the huge players in the gridiron arena. His arm length is 32 5/8″ while his hand measures 9 1/4″.
