Sergio Garcia Biography
The man was born on 9 January 1980 in Castellon, Spain, as Sergio García Fernández. He grew up in the Spanish town of Borriol in a family with three children as his second child. Interestingly, since the age of two, he began a romance with golf, inspired by his father, who was a lover of the sport.
Victor Garcia, his father, also raised Sergio’s 2 other siblings, an older brother, Victor Garcia (Jr.), and his sister Mary, to love the game. While his brother worked at a golf club and attended college on a golf scholarship, the other two continued to play the game, but Sergio had the greater talent.
