Prim Siripipat is a convinced follower of the maxim “We have only one life to live”. For this reason, she has always found ways to make lemonade from the lemons and would not hesitate to tell her stories at every opportunity. Prim hopes that the stories would inspire people to pursue their dreams so that they would not regret it when they look back on the life they have led.

Although Prim Siripipat is currently known as a tennis player, most of her fame has come from her work at ESPN. While serving as a television presenter for the media, she also worked as the co-presenter of “Spain and Prim” on ESPN radio.

According to her, she has high standards and expectations of herself, but she has vowed to realize her dreams in the right way, not only by being honest, humble, respectful, and kind but also by maintaining the highest level of integrity.

Prim believes that the above qualities are hard to find these days and are often forgotten or disregarded, yet she has promised that she will never forget these values and the things she stands for.

Since the early days of her life, Prim has been in love with tennis. It was her passion when she was growing up and she had no doubts about her career path until she suffered an injury that forced her to give up her racket at the age of 21. It was devastating for Prim, who went through a lot of mental pain.

She could not bring herself to watch tennis for more than four years after she left the tennis courts. Many years passed, but the lady was still in love with her first love and was saddened by the way she left her tennis career. Eventually, she realized that she was not fighting hard enough for the love of her life and decided to return to professional tennis.

Prim Siripipat Bio

Siripipat was born on 15 January 1981 in Mexico, Missouri. Originally it was thought that she would build a career out of her love for playing the piano, dancing, swimming or gymnastics. When the young Prim became 7 years old, it became obvious that her preference for tennis was greater. She became an avid player and moved to Tampa, Florida 5 years later to actively pursue her dream of becoming a tennis player. So she became a student of the Saddlebrook Tennis Academy.

Siripipat was exceptionally good and capable so that she was honored with an academic success title. She was appointed Valedictorian. She also achieved a place in the top 10 national rankings and was eventually rewarded with a full scholarship to Duke University where she studied sociology.

Although Prim was expected to have a fantastic career in professional tennis, she suffered a series of injuries that eventually led to three surgeries. The world of 21-year-old Prim collapsed when she learned that she could no longer play tennis. Overly traumatized, Prim had no choice but to find comfort in another career. So she ventured into radio journalism. She started as an intern and developed into a reporter and then a presenter for CBS in Miami.

Journalism Career with ESPN

Records show that Prim Siripipat’s journalistic career at ESPN as a presenter began sometime in March 2011. With an on-air position for ESPN.com and television, Prim reported on all kinds of sports activities for the sports television station. She also made guest appearances for the cable company’s radio station and worked as a tennis analyst.

Before joining ESPN, Prim (2004) was one of the candidates for ESPN’s dream job. Although she was among those who made it to the finals, she was not among the last 10 candidates to make it to the real dream job show.

Unexpectedly, ESPN decided to terminate Prim’s employment in April 2017. One would have thought that the lady would be extremely upset about the development. Rather disappointed, Siripipat said that the dismissal was a blessing, a chance to return to professional tennis. Even though the last time Prim played a professional tournament was 15 years ago, she has resumed her work as a professional tennis player and hopes to be able to say a proper farewell to the sport this time.

Husband and Family, Is Prim Married?

Prim is married to Ben Aronson. They were married in March 2017. It is said that Ben Siripipat’s return to professional tennis was partly inspired by Script. Together they agreed to film the activities surrounding their journey back into the sport for an upcoming documentary called Second Life.

As far as we know, Prim and Ben will not have children yet. At the time of writing this report, they are still trying to start a family. Meanwhile, Prim’s parents are Pallop (father) and Ampai (mother) Siripipat.
