The pretty actress is the descendant of a Nigerian tribal leader, so she has African royal blood. Her father, Onigwe Versato Echikunwake, is a Nigerian Igbo man from a royal family. Her mother, Anita Laurie, is a German-Scottish-Irish woman. She was born on May 28, 1983, in Spokane, Washington, but grew up on the Navajo Indian reservation in Chinle, Arizona with her two siblings, Mike (brother) and Misty (sister) Echiunwake. The last name of the Echikunwake family stands for “leader of the men”.
