Kourtney must thank her personal trainer Don Brooks for her rapid loss of post-baby fat. She started working with Don Brooks who also forms Fergie and Will.i.am just after having her second child Penelope.

The magical routine that Kourt confessed to E! The news she carries is called the Don-A-Matrix method. Don Brooks, a creator of the method, told E in an interview that training is organized as a game. In its definition, “The Don-A-Matrix method is designed to resemble a four-quarter sports game format. Each quarter consists of 3 series of two different fiscal years, combined with rest or rest periods after each quarter.”

Don Brooks also says that the training lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour and that Kourtney trains between 3 and 5 days a week!

“The Plank is a favorite,” Don Brooks said to E! He continued, “but we take it to another level by opening and closing the legs like scissors while raising and lowering the hips at the same time! This not only strengthens the core, but also the hips, thighs, and waist. [We also do it], the trunk twists along with a back row with the ribbons. The advantage of this exercise will give you flat abdominal muscles and coke bottle slopes while you remove these fat grips from your back and arms.”
