Dominique Sachse is a renowned American news anchor, reporter and author from Houston, Texas. She currently serves as the main anchor for KPRC-TV’s 6 p.m., 10 p.m., and weekend newscasts in Houston, one of the nation’s largest markets. Before joining KPRC-TV in 1995, she worked at KRIV Fox 26 News for seven years as an investigative reporter and evening news producer/anchor where she won numerous awards including three Emmy Awards for anchoring excellence.

Dominique’s father is from Germany and her mother is from Ukraine but they all have American citizenship. She earned her high school degree from Memorial High School in 1980 and her university degree from the University of Huston where she put the emphasis on communication.

Shortly after graduating from university in 1990 she got a job at Metro Traffic Control after working there for 8 months as a disc jockey at KHMX Mix 96.5 and after two years and five months at KPRC TV CH2 she was hired as a news anchor in June 1994.

This beautiful woman is already taken, having married Nick Florescu on 22 May 2012. The ceremony was truly exquisite and took place at the Memorial Home of Becca Cason and John Thrash in Texas, with her wearing a stunning Ines DiSanto Alenco lace dress to complement the one displayed there.

At their first meeting, the couple were immediately attracted to each other at a Kickoff Party for Houston Community College on January 11th 2012. It is remarkable that they married so quickly considering both had been married before; her husband wore a smart white tuxedo and black trousers tailored to fit him perfectly.
