Craig Strickland, known as the lead singer of the country band Backroad Anthem, is a country singer who was married to a former Miss Arkansas.

Born on July 27, 1989, under the zodiac sign of Gemini, Craig belonged to the white ethnic group and had American citizenship. He was born in Alma, Arkansas, USA, his full name is Craig Thomas Stickland.

Craig was known as one of the most talented singers in America. He began singing at a young age in Toronto, where he moved with his parents at the age of three. During his high school days, he was known for being part of the cover bands of his school and in 2007 he formed a new band called “We Are The Take” with his friend Erik Alcock. Together they recorded their debut album with Grammy-winning producer David Bottrill. However, the band broke up at the end of 2010, so Craig had to concentrate on his career as a solo artist.

Craig Strickland had a very successful career as a solo artist, singing with most of the veteran artists and music managers like Chris Smith of 21 Music. His musical works have often been featured in national and international campaigns like McDonald’s, Tim Horton’s, and Muller Yogurt. Craig has also appeared in a number of films and television shows, including Being Erica, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and Lost Girl, and Degrassi: The Next Generation. Apart from being a great guitarist, Craig is also a good piano and bass trumpet player.

He formed the new band Backroad Anthem in 2012 in a local church in his hometown of Arkansas. Cause of Death Revealed: How Craig Strickland Died

Craig’s death news was tragic and shocking for his family and fans. He was declared missing along with his friend Chase Morland, who went hunting with him on 27 December 2015 during the winter storm Goliath. Prior to the search, Morland, who worked at Gellco Outdoors, a company that sells hunting rifles and equipment, dropped a shocking message on his Twitter handle indicating that they were going to go duck hunting in Oklahoma and in case we didn’t return.

A few days later a search team was sent out and the two were found dead after their boat capsized during the winter storm in Oklahoma. Craig’s body was found on January 4th. The bodies were seen wearing their hunting uniforms. His wife, who had been praying for his return and keeping fans informed of his search, later confirmed that he had been found and even thanked the fans who had supported her all along.

On her Instagram page, she described her husband’s last moment and said he died from a series of hypothermia that he suffered. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s office also confirmed this and showed his autopsy report. The office also stated that Craig’s death is listed as an accident. Helen, on the other hand, concluded by saying that she was sure he had gone to heaven to see his father. She also posted a video that her late husband had made for her the day of her wedding.

Craig Strickland was known for loving his dog Sam. Sam also accompanied Craig and his friend to the hunting trio, but fortunately was found alive and returned to the Strickland family. Craig was also a good fan of Justin Bieber.
