When the nickname “Red Thunder” is mentioned, there is only one other name that comes to mind, and that would be the amazing top baseball player Clint Frazier, who plays outfield for the Major League Baseball (MLB) New York Yankees. His career has gone through great times that have thrilled fans and made his team truly happy, and according to the obvious statistics, there are even greater heights ahead for the player.

Clint Jackson Frazier was born exactly on September 6, 1994, in Loganville, Georgia, Decatur. His father, Mark Frazier, was a salesman, while his mother, Kim, was a preschool teacher. Mark and Kim have only two children, which makes Clint an only son since his only sister is his older sister. The Frazier’s are of Scottish descent and practicing Christians.

The well-known baseball player attended Loganville High School, where he practiced his love of baseball with the school team. In 2012, Clint won the Jackie Robison Award – an award given to the National Player of the Year with the title “Perfect Game”. He finished high school with excellent scores, including a batting average of 0.485, an on-base percentage of 0.561, a sluggish percentage of 1.134, 17 home runs, 45 beaten runs (RBIs), and 56 scored runs. After these impressive figures, he was named National Baseball Player of the Year by Gatorade, an American sports beverage and food company.

After high school, he went to the University of Georgia on a baseball scholarship and joined the Georgia Bulldogs, but soon left the team to sign a contract with the Cleaveland Indians that included a $3.5 million signing bonus. He was the fifth overall choice for the 2013 draft, and the Indians signed him to the Arizona Indians at the rookie-level, the Arizona League, where he made his first professional appearance in a debut that saw him hit a home run and a triple.

Between 2014 and 2015, Clint Frazier played for the Lake County Captains in the Class A Midwest League, where he beat .266 with 13 home runs and 50 RBIs in 120 games. He played for the Lynchburg Hillcats and had a batting average of .285 with 16 home runs and 72 RBIs in 133 games.

After his outstanding performance in the 2016 season, when he played with the Akron Rubberducks in the Class AA Eastern League, he soon advanced to the Columbus Clippers Class AAA International League in July of the same year. That same month, Clint was transferred to the New York Yankees along with three other players in exchange for Andrew Miller.

In July 2017, he made it to the big leagues, where he only began to show excellent statistics after changing his jersey number from 30 to 77. He had an oblique load and was on the disabled list for 10 days before he was reactivated in May the following year. After he was traded, he became number one on the ranking list.

Clint Frazier has shown the world a measure of kindness in his own small way. Some time ago, news leaked out about a fatal accident involving five people whose SUV was rammed by a trailer while their driver was distracted by nude photos on his cell phone. When Clint heard about this, he became interested in Emily Clark, one of the people involved in the accident. He paid a condolence visit to the dead lady’s parents and boyfriend.

Many wondered why Clint chose her from the five people involved in the accident. Later it turned out that he had an “Emily” in his life. Emily Rutledge was a teenager who lost her biological brother in a car accident on Thanksgiving weekend in 2015, and Clint Frazier had become her surrogate brother; hence the name took a special place in his heart, hence his condolence visit to Emily Clark.

Clint Frazier’s mother, Kim, had played a major role in raising her child, along with what she believed to be the full meaning of the acronym JOY: Jesus first, then others, then yourself. In this way, she taught her children to live their lives for others. Clint certainly proved this with his sensitive nature and his small acts of kindness.

When he joined the Yankees, he had to cut his hair so that he could follow the rules of the Yankees. He looks up to Ryan Howard, he loves the movie Good Will Hunting, he adores Will Smith and has a weakness for Jenifer Aniston.

Clint has a girlfriend, Elizabeth Faith Jewkes, who was born on August 25, 1995, the daughter of parents Owen and Liz Jewkes. She has American citizenship and belongs to the white ethnic group. She is an athlete who is good at her game and she has four siblings, one of whom is named Christian and plays baseball and football at Limestone College. Elizabeth Faith currently lives with Clint, and we hope to hear wedding bells soon!
