Isabella Khair Hadid known as Bella Hadid was born on October 9, 1996, in Washington D.C. Her dad Mohamed Hadid works in real estate and is Palestinian while her mom Yolanda Hadid used to model and is Dutch. Through her dad, Isabella traces her ancestry back to Zahir al-Umar who ruled part of Palestine in the 1700s.

She has an older sister named Gigi Hadid, a younger brother named Anwar who are both also models, and two older half-sisters from her dad’s side. Isabella and her siblings grew up on a ranch in Santa Barbara California before moving to Beverly Hills.
